Slow response for repair and trying to shift responsiblities and cost to consumer Ripoff

We are trying to get our trailor fixed by fleetwood and the lazy days rv center we had trouble with our 2004 ultra light prowler lynx fron the beginning and all we recieved from lazy days was a long wait and extended service agreement that was not good any where else only lazy days in seffner fl that does not do you any good if your in new york and then when we do get in for the repair our trailor ended up staying at lazy days for 4 months and then after they repaired the roof leak supposely and had the slide out walls fixed just to turnaround two weeks later and see the walls of slide out bow and then take get in back in there and hear that the slide out roof was in need of repair and that it would. Nt be fleetwood or fall under the extra warranty because it was our neglect we had it there and we told them to fix roof because it had a leak and we never had a leak in the slide until they got done working on it, Thew all this that we went thew when we went to pick up the frist trilor it was damaged by the mechanics pulling it without putting stairs up bent it up pretty bad and had to reorder this one and spent extra money and time and know we have to go thew this advise place looks nice but service stinks sign fustrated
