After coming into hard times after the disaster in New York, my income suffered greatly and when I asked to be let out of the contract Mr. Pete Vincent said in a letter in large bold letters "NO REFUNDS".
I also had an operation at the time which put me further in debt. The Travelbridge people could care less.
After several letters and phone calls Mr. Vincent said if I signed and notarized letter I would be released from the contract but, would forfeit my deposit of $1600.00. Of which he made over $2000.00 in the letter but I lined it out and put the proper amount in its place.
I recieved none of the promised low rates or freebees they told us were available. I asked several times for rates but they were either to slow getting back to me or I was able to find better rates on the internet myself.
The whole affair is nothing more than a ripoff and scam!
