Class Action Suit should be filed against these rip off artists!!! To make this short and sweet, they caused my bank account to go 700 dollars in the negative—after unlawfully charging my account for a package I made SURE I told them I did not want, and then they put a hold on my money causing other checks to bounce, and I had no access to funds in my account to buy food for my kids for 4 days leading me to have to borrow money from my family to feed them!!! THey promised me they would NOT charge my account and in turn DID. I had to wait for the funds they took to BOUNCE, BOUNCE more checks and THEN the hold was cleared... I have not recieved any repayment for what they did. I could not even get the telemarketer to give me a manager! I called back several times and still was denied the opportunity to speak to a supervisor. I was hung up on. I was told that if I had more money in the bank, I would not have bounced checks! I told them initially I didnt have the money today and NOT, I repeat NOT to charge me anything and they went ahead and did anyway. I NEVER got the "recording" to authorize the transaction. I got off the phone with them before that. THe telemarketer LIED to me and told me he ONLY NEEDED my credit card number to see if I could be offered the deal at a discounted rate. NOT that he was going to authorize the charge. THese people should be ashamed of themselves, and if they want "word of mouth " advertising as they claim... Well they are going to get it from me... I would never ever stay with any hotel that is related to Ramada at all, not ever ever again. I cant drive down the street and see their signs without getting angry.
