This company does not exist. They stop responding to any emails after they get you to send a deposit in. They create fraudulent checks and cash them against your account. The cash them for more than what they tell you the contract is for.
They don't actually have any homes to rent, and I don't even know if the street address they provide actually exists. They do not answer the several 800 numbers they give you on your initial paperwork. Just beware, please don't send these people any information!!
