Comfort Inn, Charmaine Stone, Choice Hotels wouldn't respond to a fax about my employment there which caused me to lose my apartment Ripoff

Charmaine Stone is the General Manager of the hotel. She was sent paper work regarding information about a passed worker. The paper contained only three questions. When asked why the information was not sent back, she stated that she was busy cleaning rooms. If she can't answer three simple questions do you think that she can handle your reservations or anything else that may arise within the hotel regarding the workers or the customers. This action on Charmaines part caused me to lose a job and house.
