Ripoff on board credits what a joke!

Our orginal cruise was cancelled due to Carnival using the ship for Katrina families. They offered us an onboard credit of 100.00 per person, since they didnt notify us of this until the day before the ship was to sail. We were disappointed, but thought great, we'll take the credit and re-book. We rescheduled our trip and Rita comes to town, so Carnival offers us an additional 50.00 credit to re-book. We're troopers so we re-book and finally sail. We see lines of people at the Pursers office, but we're not concerned because we've been told by Carnival that we'll get our credit. During the cruise we check and no credit has been given to us. We're hearing this from others, but I'm not worried, because I have the form that shows that we're to be given the credit from Carnival. We go back and ask about the credit, still not there. We go everyday that we're on the cruise and still no credit. The last day they slide a letter under the door saying that Carnivals main office didnt process it and for us to contact Carnival. I' upset because we're talking about 300.00 total thats due us. But I do as the letter says and contact Carnival when we arrive home. I spoke to Magdial, he assured me that he would get it done. I called two weeks later, and was told that they only had one person giving credit and they were out. I called back and spoke with a supervisor Armondo, he assured me it would be done. He also said that I couldnt talk to anyone else there. He was in charge and if he said it would be done it would. A month later its still not done. How can a company this large promise you a credit for the mistakes that they made and a month later still no credit!
This was my third cruise with them, and it was my last!!
