Ripoff

I was being called by this agencies wanting to offer me this great plan vacation. They wanted to know my banking information I first said no, but they insisted. I so I gave in and told them. They are supposed to send me a free information within 7 to 10 days but then all of a sudden they told me they are going to bill me 40 dollars from my account when the free catalog suppose to not be able to go into my account and they recorded it, supposedly and possibly cut some of the recordings. So I tried to call them back and there phone was off the hook. So I wrote the number down that I used *69 with and looked it up on google search to see is it may come up with a company but it didnt and basically lead me to this site.
