45 mintues late with an open, empty bottle of champagne. Argumentative, unproffesional, threatening and insulting, ripoff

This Limousine company will make $ but soon will suffer the fate of no repeat business. They will find out that word of mouth is more powerful than an anything they imagined. The saying is "Everyone knows at least a hundred referals."

Absolutely unprofessional. Has no understanding of the fine art and practice of customer service. This huusband/wife company will soon divorce. The conflict of treating people as though they don't matter at all will consume them. It will soon break the pathetic pattern of thinking it's okay to argue with clients about customer service. This company takes no responsibility for their actions. Both of these people were verbally abusive and costic to me on the phone when they figured out all of their excuses weren't working.

It's too bad these people are allowed to do business and rob future potential, innocent customers. This is a sure sucker bet. No contact, no back up, 45 minutes late, excuse after excuse after excuse.
