This merchant provided an airport pickup service for 2 PEOPLE at 16707 Garfield Ave. Paramount, CA. For an agreed sum of $45, which was prepaid on a credit card.

When the driver dropped the parties off at airport, he demanded cash payment.

After hassling the passengers for 30 minutes, he called
his office and finally got it straight it was prepaid.

Then without authorization Econo-Ride charged me $450 on my credit card.

Left 3 messages for merchant to call me back with no results.

A bad experience from start to finish.
