Ripoff & fraudulent advertising

In March I received a fax, at work, advertising vacation cruises for only $199/per person. I called the number to get information on the advertisement and received a package for 2. My confirmation number was IM03220109. I had 18 months to use all travel included in the package (4 day/3 night Bahamas Cruise, 4 day/3 night Orlando, 3day/2 night Ft. Lauderdale, 3 day/2 night Worldwide Travel Center (WTC) Resorts & $50 airline certificate).in January I called to use the 3 day/2 night WTC promotion. The person from this company asked for an expiration date at the bottom of my certificate. There was none. The person told me to contact the organization I purchased it from (Dynasty) because if there was no expiration date with a signature, the certificate was not valid. I phoned Dynasty on January 18th and left a message for Stacy. She did not return my call. I phoned again January 19th and left a message for the same person with the same results. I went to the web page to see if I could get any other information and found "Web page not found". I tried on several other occasions in February and most recently in March with the same results. I just happened to find this website and see there are many other individuals with the same problem with Dynasty. I would be greatful if I could get some help in getting back the refund owed to me.
