Ripoff, Non-Authorized Electronic Withdrawel

On the 13th of June my bank account had a $149 electronic check that was not authorized to a Florida Pasport. Not knowing what to do I tried to contact the company. I only received a number to where you could cancel a membership or get mailing address. The address option only gave a website that was at the time not is service.

So I contacted the Better Buisness Bureau and the matter was resolved in less than 2 weeks with a refund. I thought that everything was okay. Yet I was still not sure how these people got my bank information so I choose to start the process of opening a new account with a different bank.

After I set up my new account I went on-line to check my balance and insure that all items had cleared before closing this account. Much to my dismay I found 2 new electronic checks; Agent Travel for $59.95 and Teleflex for $49.95. I tried the numbers and got the same style of message to cancel.

So I have had enough. I contacted my bank immediatly, filed a claim with the police. They are the ones who pointed me to this website to help make it known.

My bank is still working at checking into these crooks. The funny part of it is, my wife and I do not answer our phones to unknown numbers. So there is not a chance that these were authorized.
