Unlawful use of Credit Card

Made reservation over the phone using my card card. On arrival the manager was real nasty to my wife and would not give her a receipt to what we going to pay. She returned to tell. Me that he would not give her a copy of what our bill would be. I asked for a copy and he said he would give me one when I left. He was real nasty to us. I told him we were not staying. He stated that he was going to charge us anyway because we were there for 1hour.

Our bank report shows we only there for 10minutes and went to a different Motel and signed in 15mintues from signing in at the frist motel. He also used my wifes card number and charged more money to that. He did not have permission to use it and it was on a plain piece of paper which she never signed.
