Ripoff of airfare

I purchased airline tickets from them and they told me that my visa card did not work. They gave me their bank information to do a wire transfer to send the money. Once i told them that i had completed the wire transfer they never contacted me again. I called the phone number but conveniently all the mail boxes are full. I also left numerous email for over a week and never received anything.
