Defrauded, ripped me off, scammed me Intenet

On April 30, I found a site on the net (Ticketscentral.net) claiming to offer the cheapest airfares in the world, so I made reservations and booked my flight. They had on-line payment system with credit card processing... And so I submitted my credit card info which they rejected and informed me that they could not process my credit card (it could not be authenticated), so they requested me to send a Bank Wire Transfer. I assumed they were a legitimate company and I wired $328 to their bank account in Spain.
Since paying the Bank Transfer on May 2, I have not heard back from the company.in fact I have not heard back since April 30.
Needless to say, I have been scammed out of $328.
If anyone knows how to help me recover my money and file criminal charges against the thieves of this scam company,
