Ripoff If your looking at this right after you booked your vaca get your money back heres how

Yes unfourtunately I fell into this trap as so many others did the same one $698, $498, tons of free weekend getaways, etc etc, right after I hung up the phone I did not have a good feeling about it as I am always very cautious about these things but for some reason this time it was different. I looked online to see the "wonderful" hotel I'd be staying at and BAM rip off reports was the first to come up. Now what does that say about a luxorious vacation when RIP OFF.com comes up before their website??? The next day rather than going calling customer service because on this site I had learned you get no where with them, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge, the customer service women at mastercard connected me to a wonderul women in billing who I explained the situation to with total honesty and told her I just did not feel right about it.

Fortunatley for me it was still pending (not actually on my card yet) The women at mastercard called Ramada Plaza with me on the phone with her to dispute this charge. After being on hold and transfered from person to person to person to supervisor they actually tried to sell me and her another package for cheaper, I said no many times she got the hint after the 5th time and then rudely interogated me on why I has agreed to purchase it in the first place, the women from mastercard interupted only to say she wanted the charge removed and mastercard would not pay for it. After about 15 minutes it was verbally agreed and tape recorded to my credit card company that they would refund the money back and my trip was canceled. I was lucky to only have put my deposit down and to have seen this site right away so I could take action it was much easier than I thought it would be to cancel. But save urself the trouble just hang up on them, its not just the company but every single person that works over their should be ashamed of the position they hold ripping honest people off is not a rewarding career nor does it apply to working for survival because those people you are ripping off are paying for your welfare checks and food stamps!!! I would get better satisfaction out of mopping floors for a living.
