Dishonest about their trips, gives you run-around ripoff

We got a travel voucher to Hawaii and Holiday travel told us to send them $100 for processing. We sent them payment and they have encashed it. When we called, they said that our travel dates have been moved 2 months later. 2 more months passed and nothing. We called again and they said that travel is postponed and is tentatively scheduled after 5 months.

I left several messages to Nuvia Preciado and not once did she return the call. They give me the run-around, put you on hold for several minutes and then put you through the voicemail. Of course, nobody calls you back. It feels like they wait for you to give up.
