RIPOFF Made us late and overcharged us

I ordered a strech Hummer limo for my sons birthday party. We agreed on a price and had the limo meet us at a location. We were going to the Irvine Spectrum to see a movie. The driver didn't know how to get there, and he couldn't follow the car ahead of him. He had to stop and ask for directions. He made us all 10 minutes late to the movie, really ruining my kids party. If you live in OC, you know how dumb this is.

Then at the end of the event, they charged us more 20% more because they said we went over our time. The guy got lost, drove like 40MPH ont the freeway and then chraged us more money.

If you're looking at getting a limo, I imagine you're doing so for an important event. Save yourself some headache and do not hire these guys. I hope this helps someone else not get screwed.
