Timeshare Globe Inc had promised to sell my timeshare unit in in Orlando Florida within six month or they would refund my fee of $ 800.00 completely, no questions asked. I have this agreement in writing. The owner of this company MR. (BOB) Millan Matous had spoken to me after hearing from my attorney and said he would send me my monies, then he tried to modify this by telling me he would send half and the other half of my money if he did not sell the timeshare unit by March.
He never sent such an offer for me to review and to date over two month later and a phone call almost everyday to Timeshare globe has accomplished nothing to have my promised monies refunded to me. My attorney has researched Mr. Matous and has found other incidents involving. Mr. Matous and his business practices.
