Ripoff, misleading, contradictory, theft, lied about information, false information

I was first contacted by a salesperson (telemarketer) on or about February 14th who stated they were calling from my bank (Wells Fargo), and were rewarding me for my account. They told me that I would have 21 days for a trial membership and at the end of that 21 days I would be charged $59. They stated I would recieve my trial package and information in the mail in no later than 4 days.

I did not recieve their package until February 23rd, in which the letter stated I would be billed $149 after my 7-day trial, which ended on February 21st. I immediately contacted the company and was told the funds were already taken out of my account, and the only way to recieve them back was to write a letter, and if approved, my funds would be returned within 2 weeks.

I wrote a letter that day and mailed it certified. I recieved a confirmation of delivery slip on February 26th. I waited until March 15th, noticing that funds still had not been returned to my account. I contacted a customer service representative who told me that there is no guarantee on how long it could take, and that it depended upon the "Refund Department". I asked her for contact information for the Refund Department, or someone else who was higher up in the organization. She told me there is no way to contact the "Refund Department", and that I need to wait at least 30 days from when I sent the letter, again, contradicting the previous person I spoke with on the 23rd of February. Each person I have spoken with (3 total), has provided contradicting information, and is obviously scandalous, and misleading.
