Ripoff took my money

I can top all of these complaints!!! I received the free galveston, texas cruise package and awaited patiently after i sent them $105.00 of course i sent in a million dates and amazingly every cruise ship was packing them in, no available rooms! I even told spirit incentives i will take any room available! So when the end of my contract came up (1 year) i called in and said ok i want my money back and they said no we mailed you something a few weeks ago you just missed your free trip, you didn't receive our postcard?
