We have had a vacation timeshare membership for 1 and a half years and thought that this vacation club would help to supplement our vacations with travel discounts but all it has been is a disappointment and disaster.

On three seperate occasions I have called to book travel and the agents never called back in time to book the vacations or even follow up as if to find out if the vacation was even set. I missed out on a vacation and said I was through.

I spoke with a manager (Bethaney) at the call station and she promised she would look into it and it was a fluke and said this was an accident and would never happen again. Well we had several tragic things happen in our family and was unable to travel until recently.

We called them up to find out why our pass word wasn't working and the caller (dale) proceeded to laugh in our face. He said no one from the time we sighned up was still there and since the time we signed up their vacation clubs have changed three times. He proceeded to ask us where we'd been and why we haven't booked a vacation. We told him why and again he laughed. He told us we needed to call a vacation planner and then maybe we could have better luck.

At this point all confidence we had in this company was down the toilet at this point all I wanted was my money back. We stopped by the local office and was told to get a lawyer and that was the only way to resolve this matter.

Unfortunatly I brought a dear friend into this scam and she is at the point of mediation and still hasn't had it resolved. I have been scamed and don't want anyone to loose money like we have. Are there others out there? Please let me know what tactics you have used. Successful or not.
