False promises on @ tickets to universal studios 2 times

On theie website etourandtravel 2 tickets were promised by them for their participation in a survey. They were to call & explain how to print vouchers and bring them to their office for the tickets. Also they were to provide the participant with a pin # which they din't do first time but did give me an erreous or false one after i contacted the bbb in altimonte fla. They give you the royal runaround if you buy a stay in one of their resort properties and spend a lot more money than the tickets are worth.

The bbb doesn't seem to be interested in protecting the florida visitors from their home based rip-off business. I am writing this to make fla. Visitors aware of these organizations who will turn a pleasant into a unpleasant stay.
