This is a good example of RIP OFF when you get a phone call promising you everything!
When you have questions, they just add on to the promises. Now when I am ready to enjoy the vacation package I purchased, I find out that there is no such company listed, no phone number, and no address.
There ought to be a law against selling over the phone things that will not be delivered. They are DIs Honest to the core and ought to be punished!
