Ripoff of our money for holiday

We were contacted by this company in Oct with sweet talk about wonderful travel product and bargain. We paid 600 by credit card and were sent complimentary leather luggage and documents about our package of a 4night stay in Florida and 3 nights cruise to Bahamas. I had to contact them to say i could not travel in 2004 as i was pregnant, they replied promptly and extended the holiday till June.

I contacted them again in Jan as we don't want to go this year with a small baby and my emails were returned and their website is now non-existent. I did research and found this company had been doing this as a scam and many people from all over the world had been caught out too. The company claim they are bankrupt and that we actually purchased the luggage and not the holiday which they claim was a bonus voucher, it seems to avoid being sued. I would like to know if anyone else has been got by them and if they managed to get their money back.
