Saver Award Miles not used when requested - Mileage Plus Account

Mileage plus number FQA25285... I booked two tickets conf: IM2FEQ and INFK7Q and requesting that we use 50k miles from reinstated miles from a cancelled flight... Saver Award YC2ON. The United agent used saver award miles for IM2FEQ with a $100.00 fee (Correct). New miles (25k) were taken from my account for INFK7Q with a $25.00 fee (incorrect).

I'm told that this cannot be corrected by another agent and told that I should complain thru this site. All I want is to use the reinstated miles for the second ticket and pay the $100.00 fee and add the miles taken from my account back into my account.

I understand that I can use these miles for a future ticket but with the challenges that I always experience finding flights to use my miles I don't want to wait for a potential future flight.

Please let me know how you will resolve this issue caused by one of your agents who didn't know how to do his job.
