I purchased a airline ticket on sep 3 2013 Gloria jones, I also purchased insurance because I have severe knee problems 1st my insurance claim was denied, so I said ok just let me book for a future date I was told it would be a 200 dollar addition to a ticket that only cost me maybe 158 that is horrible please reply
