CheapAir was a really good site to use; there was an agent available when I called with questions. Air Aitalia on the other hand, had several issues: one, they messed up our seats (and almost everyone on the entire plane) and two, the stewards and stewardess' from Boston to Italy were out and out rude.

So I would rate Cheap Air with a smile and Air Aitalia with a frown.
