Ramada Inn
Discouraging Visit

My family stayed at your Inn last night. We were at the Ramada on US 1 in Florida City, Florida. The following is what we observed.
1. After getting in bed that night, I noticed a yellow stain, (my opinion was a urine stain from a pet. Did not smell but was yellow) Had to use my own blankets at this point.
2. Pet food left on the floor near the bathroom.
3. Bathroom floor was dirty, noticed the towel was dirty on the underside after getting out of the shower.
4. The TV reception, I wanted to watch the news the next morning, however the reception on the cable was terrible (very snowy on all channels).
5. Had breakfast. The eggs were so overcooked in the microwave that they were rubbery and tasteless, the sausage was so overcooked it was crunchy. Omg, what are you doing to your guests.
For spending $96.00 I expect a little more from a business that I believe wants me to return. I was very disappointed in what I had to deal with. Your staff was very friendly and kind. The exterior of the building needs a bit of cleaning up also, I noticed, a shopping cart, plant pots and wood boards setting up against the walkway and walls of the building, as well as trash in the shrubbery and rolls of carpeting along the sidewalks. This is a very busy area and your place looks as if its becoming run down. This is a busy labor day weekend. I don't believe I will be using the Ramada in the future if this is what I am to expect. At one time your business had a very good name for itself. That now appears to be changing.
