Bus broke down and waiting in the middle of the highway! - 8/26 8:45am Express Bus from Atlanta, GA to Chicago, IL

Our bus has broken down when we just left Atlanta, GA. When the bus driver called the bus garage for help, they apparently told him to keep moving. So we waited in the middle of the road for 30 min. And then kept going. However, the bus got broken down again in the middle of another highway! Now, we are waiting for another bus come and pick us. It has been already 4 hours, and we are still waiting. This was supposed to be a "express" bus. Can I please lodge a complain and get a refund for this trip?
