Dynasty International Got My Money, But Are No Longer In Business. Ripoffs

I bought a vacation package from this company in February. I was able to take one of the trips in August of the same year, but have not been able to get in contact with them since. They claimed that they were in the process of opening up an office in the Florida area and would not be able to be reached until after a certain date. I have tried every number listed for them, as well as numbers that the hotel that I stayed in had listed for them, but, of course, there was no answer.

My trip cost $412.20 and they are not going to keep my money without a fight and I suggest that you do the same. Today, I have recently found out that the company is no longer in business through a report from the Better Business Bureau, who stated that this company has unsatifactory business practices. I suggest that those individuals who have an unresolved problem with this non-existent company file a report with www.bbb.org and they will follow up on it. You can also file a report with the Dept. Of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, in Florida, at www.800helpfla.com. This department currently has 78 other complaints on this company as of today. They will handle your complaint from there.

I know some people may say that it is only money, but it is the principle of matter. If everyone does not take the necessary steps, and complain to the correct agencies, then we are just allowing this company to close up shop and set up under a new company name instead of having a judge make a legal decision to stop these owners from ever operating again.
