Florida Vacation package from Dynasty International is a big rip off!

I pre-purchase a package Florida hotel vacation trip from dynasty International and now the company is nowhere to be found. I would think this would be a slap to the whole Florida travel industry. (travel sales are down anyway) I will never purchase anything on line again. I am now the proud owner of a packet of paper and it cost me $412.20. Since this was done on the phone and by mail, I would think some sort of recourse should be available to the consumer. For now I will pursue a refund by the credit card company I used to purchase the pile of nothing I now have in my hands. Please post this so that others are not subjected to the same scam.
