Not enough space to get confortable

For a 9 1/2 hour flight, with a 1 1/2 hr stop over to change planes, the seats were to small, very little room for the feet, no snacks only drinks, no blankets or pillow and was charged for the luggage. It is time for UnitedAirline to remove a few rolls of seat
