Worst bus ride ever in the history of man - buses and bus drivers

I got on the bus on July 5The ticket that was suppose to coast me 240.00 Cost me 15 dollar extra bag fee and forty dollar for over weight bags. I called on the 3rd of the and they were too busy to answer my questions. Now for the Bus ride it self. Everything is fine till we roll into Fayitville and they tell us tires have to be changed on the bus it will be an hour, four hours latter we get out of there because the bus driver who was suppose to drive the bus left so we waited for another driver. When we get into Richmond we just miss our bus so they said they will put us on the 9:45 bus to New York 11:45 rolls around and they finly put us on express buses to where we are going me I am boing to Boston I got there at 11:35. My family expected me at 8:20
