London Square Travel And Cruise
Honeymoon ruined by incorrect travel advisement. Refused refund

We paid nearly $7,000 for a honemoon cruise and relied on the advisement of London Square Travel to help it go smoothly. We requested that the travel agency make calls for us and advise us about visa requirements for the vaious countries we would be visiting. The principal travel agent and president explained she knew all about these matters. Ultimately, reports from Princess Cruises claim the agency made no such calls but nevertheless advised us on several occasions that we would not be needing any visas.

We traveled half way around the world to Australia only to be denied boarding for the cruise. We spent over $1,800 more just to get back! London Square Travel denies any liability and refused even to refund $600 we paid as a deposit. The cruise line was courteous enough at least to refund our money.
