I was in a hurry this morning to get to my job and called the bluebird cab services asking for a quickest cab if possible within 10 min. But the dispatcher was irking me by not getting the idea of what I was saying, making myself repeat for 3-4 times. Then, after 10 min when I called to know the whereabouts of the cab, the dispatcher was really rude and mocked me saying that they work with regular cars not the planes and if I want it so desperately I can either wait or get myself another rude... I mean what exactly is wrong with that guy??? Does he think he can talk to the customers as he likes? He needs to watch for his words..
