Groupon missing voucher - m & s email voucher

Can't get groupon to send me my m&s email voucher even though it was purchased 20 days ago, do not answer emails and after 30 minutes of holding on a phone line they cut you off. Do we really need a company like this in the uk? Guess i'll just have to get in touch with watchdof and the media!!!
