I've been trying to cancel my subscription to boingo mobile since March. They don't reply, and they don't cancel my account. They keep charging it to my credit card monthly. This is a shame, i've been using boingo to connect to the Internet in several airports, and I was always able to cancel the subscription. More than that, they do not allow me to remove MY credit card number from their website, which is ridiculous. I do not authorize you to store my credit card information, i want it to be removed immediately.
