Boingo is a scamming company!

I decided (stupid me) to try boingo a week ago at Heathrow. When I was to pay, it said something with 9 dollars, I thought they were sincear, but suddently they had robbed me for 50 dollars aprx! When I saw this I didn't brother to complain, Even though that wasn't the price that had shown. Then after my trip I get home and suddently they have charged me with another 50 dollars approxinatly! I have never agreed to this at all!!! I have just contacted both paypal and boingo, because this is illegal!!!
