They are very unprofessional

I hope their service is not as bad as how they behave. No bus on pick up date... I get a text. Call dispatcher. Dispatcher sounded annoyed and was rude. Customer service was rude and clueless. Never used them before and i sincerely hope thhey are better than they are... I doubt it since other eviews ar about the same..
