I and my husband are deaf person. We recently was scammed by a man named Jack Pujji. We purchased some airline tickets or tried to from this man back in September 24 for a flight to my home country of the Phillipines. Both my husband and I were planning to fly home for Christmas. We made my reservations with Lowest Airfare Finder early so the cost would be low.
Jack assisted with all the arrangements. He quoted me a price of $1,986 dallor for both tickets. I paid by check and have all corresspondance between Jack and myself through email He stated that he had received my check and that I would be receiving my tickets within 10 business days. I never got them. And we always called many time called to JACK PUJJI Octoter 2004 and he never call us and never email to us
Finally in the middle of November I asked a friend who is hearing to call Jack for me thinking that he was not wanting to use relay. Jack would not answer her calls but finally she got through and he said that he had JUST gotten a confirmation number that day. That was Nov. 18, almost 2 months after he cashed my check. My friend called the airline to double check what Jack had told her and everything checked out.
However, two days ago when we got online to check everything one more time, my reservation did not show up. We called the airline and they told me that the reservation had never been ticketed and that they had had to cancell them. Jack never sent the money to the airline so they cancelled my reservations then we are very tried called to JACK PUJJI and he never call and email to us. We are very upsetting
Now we cannot fly home to see my family in dec. 11 who we have not seen in 3 years. Furthermore, Jack will not return any of my phone calls, my emails, nothing... We did called to N.Y.P.D. That Jack will not retrun back money for us. Grr... We still worry about it coz we need to get my money
