Claim on Lost Baggage. Sent in many times and still NOTHING. I have faxed and sent in the paper work..
I always am told i will get a call back from a supervisor and never do. This happened in December. This is Unexceptable and I will not give up until they own up to losing my bag and compensate. They call center is always noisy and the customer care agents lack any knowledge what so ever... I am extremely unhappy...
