Carnival Cruise line canceled our cruise because of a hurricane and wouldn't offer us any compensation or even a discount on our next cruise. We are out over $1,100. Then they "lost" the certified letter I sent them.
Customer service terrible. They are the only major cruise line that has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB. Cruisers beware!!
