Received a fax solicitation the end of March. The person I originally spoke with indicated that we would have to attend a 90 min. Presentation, which I had no problem with. What he didn't say is that we would not receive our theme park tickets until we went to the presentation and that you can't be guaranteed that the presentation will be the 1st or 2nd day you're there. Made reservations and they stated that I would receive my "packet" shortly. I waited, and after several phone calls, finally received my packet in May.

I went ahead and made reservations and then had to make a switch. The customer rep. Faxed me the appropriate forms and I made the change in September. I now know that we will not be able to use this vacation package anytime in the near future. I called to see about receiving a refund and the receptionist was extremely rude to me. I sent an e-mail to the compliance dept. And that person's response to me was EXTREMELY rude. She told me "... Let me advise you if you choose to go another route and try to receive your refund we will dispute and you will loose. This will also result in additional bank fees and costs to you! Florida state law says that if you return your package with 30 business days from date of purchase you can receive a refund. You did not! So you will not be receiving a refund. Sorry!"

This company, in my opinion, is nothing but a SCAM. They are out to rip people off, no question about it.

By the way, their website is no longer active and it is impossible to reach someone there. I called and asked for the "Mr. Waldorf" who is listed as the president of the company and the receptionist asked me if that was the guy who sits over by accounting. I asked her who the president of her company was and she said she did not know, she was only the receptionist. I asked her, "You don't know who the President is of the company you work for?" and she interrupted me to tell me that he was not there and would not be there tomorrow either.
