Brian was true to his word

I loved the way Brian S. Took care of my ticket with total professionalism. I actually booked my ticket about a month ago and one segment was missing. Brian told me that the domestic portion on the way home wasn’t available yet so he promised to search every day and book that flight once it became available.in all this time, he would occasionally send me an email letting me know that he was still on top of the flight and he will continue looking which was great because he never forgot about my flight. I’m happy to say that he is true to his word. He called me earlier today letting me know that he just booked the exact flight I wanted for the missing portion. So a big thank you to Brian for all the hard work is well deserved.
