Dear Mayor and Council Members,

I%u2019m writing to you concerning a fraud from a business that is granted to be opened.
I bought airfare tickets to Vietnam and became one of the many victims of this travel agency%u2019s fraud. The agency%u2019s contact information is

I purchased airfare 2 tickets on (12/28) for ($3200). A few weeks after that date I called to pick up my tickets but Peter kept postponing the pickup date. Until the day before my departing date to leave the country, I called but Petered avoided my phone calls therefore I decided to make a trip to his office but it was closed. After many conversations with other people, I found that this travel agency has performed this same fraud to many other victims; and it had done it many times.
I%u2019m concerning about the reason why City of Alhambra still permits this travel agency to stay opened harming many victims like myself. I also wish that City of Alhambra could assist me in getting my money back because being a student, (airfare tickets $3200) is a very big amount to me let alone in this economy.
