Devive does not work and no refund

Simply got off the telephone with miraculous port payment and certainly will not return my cash AND HUNG ON ME. It has been over 30 times. System not working. Attempted numerous events to get hold of live-chat plus they couldn't obtain the system operating. USED TWO DAYS ON LIVECHAT WHOLE OR 10 HOURS? Considered is was my pc and purchased another and system still no longer working. Also provide this quantity for tech-support 561 594 9767 a saving occurs of the secret port inventer stating please hold for assistance but nobody appears to get. Called during the hours it says. If anyone might help. Please let me know.
