To whom it might concern:

There has been calls which have been designed to some aged citizens within our community, declaring that somebody will have to emerge from Duke to enter their houses to see the yards inside for that electrical and gasoline... For THEY worry that they're not obtaining the proper info: this will not be occurring of course if there's a reading then that might be on DUKE, not the customer and particularly seniors who's the simplest to strategy without there becoming an issue or concern... I Need this to become checked into by Duke to see who and just why these phone or being created. There's way too many issues happening BECAUSE IT IS! Also to need to cope with this really is OUTRAGES... Therefore PLEASE consider this ASAP...
