British Telecom losing my time

I recently moved into my fresh level, section of a building that were redeveloped from a classic folks’ house. The transfer itself, shipping of fresh furniture, electric products etc. All went completely good – till I'd to cope with BT to obtain the telephone related. The building landlord assured me that the required telephone wiring was in position, it will you need to be an incident of BT moving the change for connecting the support. I called BT and decided a scheduled appointment in order for them to link my phone-line, and reserved a day’s vacation off-work for that organized day. Obviously, by late morning they nevertheless hadn’t resulted in – and so I named them simply to be informed that they’d needed to stop the visit. It'd have now been good if they’d explained! I had been not best happy, but organized another visit. Again, I arranged each day off-work. Once more, they’ve simply terminated the visit – however atleast this time around they’ve had the decency to inform me, even when they did abandon it before evening before these were designed to arrive! The toughest point is, I understand I’m likely to need to spend an association cost for this terrible support – and along with anything they keep attempting to blame some organization called Openreach … who I currently comprehend are now actually part of BT! I'd like BT to pay me for postponed visits and also to enhance the support they offer.
