First thought their $19.95 per year for free phone calls a wonderful deal. After having numerous dropped and failed calls plus having to endure their terrible customer service, I think otherwise. Although their international calls are cheap, I have had my account blocked since Aug (6 months) so I can not buy additional minutes - no reason given why. Numerous chats with them always led to an escalation of the issue to their top-rated customer service representatives who assure me that this matter will be resolved quickly but I am still waiting for resolution half a year later. Getting them to help with technical issues, like dropped phone calls, is a nightmare - read off canned scripts. You tell them that you can not accomplish one of their named tasks because their instructions are incorrect - they ignore you and continue with their scripts. Waste of time.
