Paid for Service but still cut off

I spend my statement t / cc each month by phone. This month perspectives couldn't be attained by telephone, or by web. I had been compelled to create my pymt in a pymt area (CVS) by money gram. I created pymt on 2-16-12 and my support was disconnected on 2-21-12. Returned to CVS to discover what occurred t / my pymt they confirmed that pymt was obtained. I've been attempting to contact perspectives and been on-hold for anyone to choose up all night at the same time with no one is picking up. I want anyone to contact me ASAP to deal with this issue. 3182161301. I WANT A REFUND OR SERVICE.
